
Delhi Budget 2022: Govt allocates Rs 16,278 cr to education sector
Delhi Instruction Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday announced a funds of Rs 16,278 crore for the training sector, a component of which will go to developing boarding faculties for homeless children and a Science Museum in a town university. He made the announcement presenting Delhi funds for 2022-23.
“There have been initiatives to supply primary instruction to them (small children) but they have been partly successful. We propose to established up a Boarding University for homeless children,” Sisodia explained in his budget speech.
He also declared that the govt will established up a University Science Museum in a Delhi school, and will also introduce its Organization Blasters scheme in private schools.
