A 105-sq. meter, 4-home, seventh floor penthouse apartment like an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Road in the Neve Chen neighborhood was offered for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Recanati Road in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was bought for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 sq. meter, three-home, fourth flooring condominium with a stability room, 14 sq. meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage area, elevator and two parking spaces in the Blue Challenge overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, health and fitness space and tennis courtroom in the developing was bought for NIS 6.4 million.

A 100 sq. meter, 4.5-place, second floor condominium with a sunlight balcony, elevator and parking on Arnon Avenue was bought for NIS 2.23 million (RE/MAX – Target).

Petah Tikva: A 115 sq. meter, five-space apartment with a 10 square meter sunshine balcony, elevator and parking on Sander Avenue was offered for NIS 1.97 million (RE-MAX – Supreme).

Rishon Lezion: A 75 square meter, 2.5-room, 2nd ground apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hasadeh Road in the Remez neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 119 sq. meter, 5-place, sixth floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Abarbanel Avenue was bought for NIS 2.13 million. A 254 square meter, 7 room household with a 49 square meter basement on a 320 square meter large amount with two parking areas on Yamit Avenue in the Neve Dekalim community in the west of the metropolis was marketed for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 square meter, 4-area, 2nd floor apartment with an 8 square meter sun balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was marketed for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 sq. meter, five-home, fifth floor condominium with a 12 sq. meter sun balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Nordau Street was sold for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, 4 space, 2nd floor condominium on Hakerem Road was sold for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
